California law governing mobilehome parks is entitled the\u00a0<em>Mobilehome Parks Act<\/em> and may be found in Section. Part 2.1 of the California Health and Safety Code, commencing section 18200.<\/p><p>The rights and obligations of mobilehome park homeowners, tenants and management may be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/shou.senate.ca.gov\/system\/files\/2025-07\/2025-mrl-final.pdf\">Mobilehome Residency Law Handbook (PDF)<\/a>.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/govt.westlaw.com\/calregs\/Browse\/Home\/California\/CaliforniaCodeofRegulations?guid=I425862604C8611ECB533000D3A7C4BC3&amp;originationContext=documenttoc&amp;transitionType=Default&amp;contextData=(sc.Default)\">Mobilehome Park regulations<\/a> (updated 4-1-2013) are found in the California Code of Regulations, title 25, chapter 2, commencing with section 1000.<\/p><p>The organizations listed here know and understand
